Biography
Brittany graduated from SDSU with an B.A. in English, magna cum laude in December 2011. Subsequently, she graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law in 2015 and was admitted to the South Dakota Bar later that year. Brittany is licensed to practice law in South Dakota in both state and federal court. She has held numerous positions ranging from founding and owning her own law firm, working as corporate counsel, as well as working as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney.
