Former students who were enrolled within the last five (5) years can access academic history here, using your @jacks.sdstate.edu credentials. WebAdvisor credentials are no longer valid.
You will need to know your Banner ID if you need to reset your password. If you do not know your Banner ID, please submit this form.
Former students whose last attendance was more than five years ago can access academic information by ordering a transcript.
Registration Self Service
Registration Self Service offers students an enhanced experience web-based registration system. Students can reach Self Service through the MyState dashboard. Use Registration Self Service starting with summer and fall 2019 semesters registration to:

Use Financial Aid Self Service to check:

Student Account Self Service
The Student Account Self Service keeps all your academic and financial records.
With the move to the new system, it's recommended to review and update as needed the following:
- Direct Deposit Allocations
- Student Personal Information including Billing Address and Emergency Contact
If you haven't recently filled out the Financial Responsibilities Agreement, please do so.
