Drones

Drones have been widely used in many applications (e.g., agriculture, physical geography, emergency management). The department has several drones and relevant software to support our new certificate program in Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). Specifically, we have 2 DJI Phantom 3, 1 DJI Phantom 4, and 1 Raven AgEagle drones. As for the software, we have about 20 licenses for AgiSoft PhotoScan and Zephyr software, respectively. These two software packages are installed on the computers in the remote sensing lab.
